D price of Guinness draft has been dropping steadily since it was introduced. There were quite a few promos before St Paddy’s Fest. Fear not, u can still get some deals at these four outlets, among others.

Btw Connor’s Irish Stout has a promo at Deutsche Haus in TTDI (and i think DP) – $34.50 for two pints all day, everyday. = $17.25 NETT a pint. And there’s kick-ass pork knuckle!

Fitou by the chillout lake in Desa Park City has d best afternoon happy hours gig as all drafts (incl Guinness) at $50 for three pints, which is $16.66 NETT each. 12pm-5pm including weekends. Niice.

Sid’s (all outlets) Guinness is $19.55 NETT all night for April.

PUBLIC in TTDI Plaza has d sweetest deal coz its permanent – $18.40 NETT – all day, everyday, all year!

But d best price for a pint at d mo is at Tex-Mex specialist Frontera in Jaya One – only 15 bucks NETT from 10pm until closing DAILY. When other’s happy hours have ended, Frontera’s is just beginning! Until May 5th. (A pitcher of Tiger is $30 NETT.) Real tequilas & margaritas too. And killa chili cheese burger.

Still, d prices could go lower. Its only beer after all. Look forward to when its closer to ten bucks than 20. Am sure we’ll all drink a lot more!

I dont even know who won d race. i find it irrelevant.

The set-up was pretty impressive – a bar as soon as u enter, tables, and a stage for a dj. Basically, a mega-club. Its d same spot that BMW used to do their fat parties.

Got busy with champagne for starters. Since there was a drinks list and a cashless bar, tried other stuff too of course.

Dodge ’em roadblocks

For those who dont know (and there seems to be many), there’s an anti police roadblock facility on Twitter called klroadblock. If u wanna avoid them, check via your mobile phone (or a frens phone if ur not online) for locations of roadblocks.

It depends on users like u to update the info.

Surprisingly, there’re only 2,285 followers. Apa ni??

Technology is so cool. Roadblocks will soon be redundant!

Now everyone can smell like an alco

Well, a dirty alco. Checkdisout. Guinness, via Diageo, is gonna release an after-shave. Haha!

Called Eau D’Rugby (working name), it captures the true smell of Guinness, and rugby.

It mixes scents such as sweat, deep heat and mud, together with Guinness. Yuck.

I’d have thought it would be mainly Guinness, mixed with d good ol ‘pub aroma’ – u know, d sweet scents of stale beer, fried food, smoke, n sleaze.

I’ve done this – dabbed some whisky dat accidentally spilt onto my hand onto my cheeks. But come on, its whisky. Its 100% natural, n smells n tastes great!

Well, to me at least. And i think bourbon would make a tasty after-shave. Dont know wat d chics think of it tho.

But I dont know why anyone would wanna smell like he just got off the pitch after a sweaty game. Isnt dat d reason we hit d showers immediately after a game?
