Skyy Vodka of San Francisco launched three fruity vodkas called Skyy Infusion at 21, treating guests to a range of delightful cocktails. Vodka cocktails are my fave!

There are three varieties – Skyy Rasberry, Citrus & Passion. ABV is relatively low at 35%.

It’s a different style of vodka from Skyy Flavors line, which seems to have been discontinued. According to Jonathan, the commercial manager of Albert Wines, the unique and natural infusion technique produces a natural fruity taste. “It is a step-up from the flavoured vodka as it offers the real and pure tang of the respective fruits in every bottle.”

There were no neat servings to gauge that.

The new line of captured the “Best in Class” award at the Beverage Testing Institute (BTI) in Chicago in ’08. The raspberry and passion fruit were also gold medal winners at  San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
