There was a great range of food, with price controls. Some super stuff, many of ‘em Guinness-infused. And none cost more than 10 bucks!

Thursday was drinkin at Studio 99 downtown for d launch of Bio Channel. Booze was nice, n food looked great.

Hopped up to Sky Bar after dat for Tiger’s launch of a new beer, Crystal.

The Crystal is a crisp, slightly lighter beer at 4.5%. Its a limited edition for the year of d Tiger dats available at selected F&B outlets.

Swimmin Tiger

Saturday hit Mike‘s poolside BBQ at 6pm. Had an awesome time, chillin, drinkin, eatin, splashin for more than 9 hours.

Booze was generous (mostly courtesy of Mike), as was food. Lamb/pork sausages, pork ribs, rib-eye, chops, kebabs, cheesy shrooms, etc. Started with a few beers, as is compulsory at bbqs, then moved to vodka.

Food was from this group called BBQ Addicts - they will buy, marinate n deliver d meat to u. All u gotta do is burn da shit. Easy.

The green fairy aka Absinthe is now being served high up in d air. Sky Bar @ Traders Hotel has both Angelique and La Clandestine.

And if u get there by Saturday (Dec 5), mixologist Mr Ben Ng will be behind the bar, stirrin sum shit up. So get movin!

In fact some liquor & beer companies could learn a thing or two from here about doing a simple yet cool site. Their websites tend to suck – overdone, over-flashed & under-info to the point of being impractical & uncool.

The outlet recently celebrated gettin people sky-high for three years. Dammit, time sure flies!

There was this dude i met, Thomas Anostam, who was there to mix special complimentary cocktails. They were great, sold out pretty quick.

Sky Bar is a  Traders Hotel outlet. Absolutely loved the hotel when i reviewed it for The Star a coupla years ago.

Sky Bar will serve absinthe from Dec 2.

Drunk faeries better dont trip-out n try to fly off into the sunset. Coz its a 33-floor drop.
